Fartoomuch 1,376 Report post Posted July 4, 2018 It wasn't that long ago the predictions were that with All Stars being shut out of buying many of the top lots at the Yearling Sales they would not dominate in age group racing as in the past. Not a great call. This season All Stars won all the two year old Group races-13 in all- and the only Listed race it didn't win, the PGG Sales Final, All Stars did not have a runner. The stable also won 9 of the 13 G1 and G2 races for 3yo; 4 of the 6 G1 and G2 races for 4 and 5 yo's; and 4 of the 7 open class G1's Iraklis

Now we all know your thoughts on AS so you'll be very happy that they bought roughly half of what they usually do this year whilst R Dunn bought his most ever. The runners, that is those who have relocated to Ozzie bought next to none whilst Nigel looked to be around the same and i think he is as good as any when selecting yearlings
