I agree YT it is a lovely spot especially down town on the weekends. I've retired to Raglan and unfortunately its following Auckland and

growing much faster than the infrastructure.Real Estate people say over 1/3 of buyers from Auckland.

Thanks Scooby, yes it was satisfying to see so many just appreciating it for what it was.  Although i may have been a bit ambiguous in my initial outline of the rules, i did not get too bashed up about it!!!!.

After seeing how P4P's comp came down to that last race  ,and the result I am really looking forward to perusing the fields for TA and Riccarton, and the OZ race would have to be the Donny methinks.
