The good news for ' Vidi Vici ' is that they appear good for the win today, as 'Sleighd'em ' are mostly on different horses in the last. They may pull one match back, but I can't see where they can get the two that they need. Makes for a fascinating climax to the comp at Ellerslie tomorrow, thanks to the 'Rubiks Cubes' yesterday and ' Vidi Vici ' today bringing 'Sleighd'em ' back to the field. Famous Five and Forum Equo earned 4 points each to improve to 3rd and 4th respectively. Looks like these 4 sides will fight out the title with a big match tomorrow between Vidi Vici and the Famous Five. The Kings and the Elves could conceivably still win but it will require them to win by 5-0 with a good aggregate and neither of the top two teams win - you'd get good odds. Just watched the movie Secretariat.. seen it 20 times but still cry at the end .. what a horse and a very good sire of strong dams .. interestingly there is a freshman sire in USA, Violence, son of Medaglia D'oro .. with two lots of Secretariat on the dam side.. and he's started off pretty well, so I'll be keen to see how he progresses.
