Uriah Heap 481 Report post Posted November 26, 2017 World Rugby's Player of the Year for the 2nd year in a row. Not bad for a young fellow still not playing in his best position - Lol Memphis2
eljay 1,711 Report post Posted November 28, 2017 PC selection? The world's best doesn't kick away possession almost every time he gets the ball, so placing his team mates under constant defensive pressure. Surely that couldn't have been "coaches instructions" So who would be best player? Couldn't be Smith (the miniature one) as his kicking was just as bad. When you analyse the year's performances you couldn't really name an AB - they all average & above hence how they were such a good team. Also should the best be a shining attacker or a deadly defender? Let's just say this award is really an excuse for a big expensive feast-up. By the way who won the award for 2011? Or 2013? Anyone remember? I don't!!
globederby12 1,495 Report post Posted November 28, 2017 Bit like Coach of the year. Really !!!. Even Eddie for once was embarrassed. Apparently his dog will get the trophy to play with. About sums up the whole back slapping episode.

There must be something about his game that they find agreeable.
