We're Doomed 4,855 Report post Posted August 9, 2017 Happens all the time in the SI. I have often said there is a high level of incompetence in getting the basics right. And these aren't hard things to get right. And yet they look like running these $30,000 rating 85s with six starters no problem at all. edor 67 Report post Posted August 9, 2017 that is correct they deny horses a start that create an income for a struggling industry and they say there are plenty of race meetings coming up but will they guarantee these meetings will be run
BOBSYD 0 Report post Posted August 9, 2017 how many more meetings can get called off are there going to be more this weekend highly likely remember te aroha lost a few last season
We're Doomed 4,855 Report post Posted August 9, 2017 They were trying to force horses to race at Counties by eliminating them at Te Aroha. They don't give a f--k that the horses that race in $10,000 races and $25,000 races are totally inter-changable.
BOBSYD 0 Report post Posted August 9, 2017 great programming but could they have not run couple of 8 9 or 10 race fields and shown some face instead of showing 12 horse fields with 6 ballots on a track that in its hayday had 18 horse maiden fields who runs these country clubs you cannot have small fields and ballots it just does not make sense all i can say is who pays the bills it is pretty obvious those on the race commitees and whoever decides on this are not with it or just dont care

If Peter Marquand is supplying stuff that goes down Stephen McKee's throat he's chosen a poor specimen for publicity. Those wanting to build up their horses would be more likely customers if it was Te Aroha Grains & Jelly Feeds Ltd.

And sorry my typo erro it is Te Aroha Grains and Stock feed so why call it jelly feed.
Scotch Thistle 133 Report post Posted August 11, 2017 Stick is the nickname of trainer Stephen McKee. Trainer Peter Williams is known by some as Jelly.
