This left the way clear for the Armadillos to rack up a 5-zip win and maximum points with a team profit bonus thrown in. Tom was a modest Gers MVP while Cubes put up a superb performance tipping 7 winners and recording a plus $500 score.

A win for the Reds extended their lead at the top of the table while the Pretend Gers, despite a 3rd straight loss, remain 2nd. The Anzac Armadillos were the day's biggest gainers moving up two places to third after comprehensively dealing to the Gers. The Grim Reapers and Thunderbirds both recorded win but also each slipped back a spot ! The Mongol Stormers, thanks to their bonus point and the Trumping Dons due to their win each moved up a place while defeats for the Dream Team and Habibies saw them slide back one place. Zig's boys remain in the cellar.
