Well done Reds. You've been the best team all season and deserve to advance.

Well played Dons. In the last couple of weeks we've taken the top two teams right to the finish line. To come up $1.20 short, well that's about as close as you can get in this comp. Thanks for turning up every week guys. And thank you P.J for all your hard work.

This is the Don, over and out...

cheers

Thanks Ray - incredibly close match with a number of lead changes.  We were just lucky enough to have our head down at the finish line.

Well done Armadillos, congratulations and good luck next week.

PS: Great to see the Lions save the tour, next week should be the biggest test match in NZ(outside World Cups) in a long time

Yes congrats Armadillos - and thank you to all teams and PJ for another enjoyable comp. As they say - 'may the best team win'!

and as for the rugby - I got put in my place big time  .... I said something early on about that big Welsh lock Alun Wyn Jones being an antagonistic annoying bstd. Well Mrs. vS looked at me with a wry smile and said " typical bloody forwards - you were just like that 35 years ago"     :o

finally condolences to Sir G and family from your friends here at cafe

We,ve come good at the wrong end of the season. Well done guys and Betty at the last. One more and we are home, well 9th anyway.

And a fond farewell to some "characters" in  the leaving teams. No doubt if PJ runs another draft pick comp the fun will continue.

And Steve I needed to get a lead before the Aussie races because you know them better than me. Good finish.

Mooseman , hi ,

It was a huge pleasure to be part of your team in another  great  PJ 's  Thoroughbred Tipping occasion.

I really appreciated the warm welcome extended to me by your good self and my fellow team members , Sir Gallivant , Jason and Damion.

It shows, once again, how relations between the Kiwi's and North Queensland lovers of Thoroughbred Racing  has  been transformed into a real positive fun time :)

Mooseman , it would be a pleasure to be a part of any future THUNDERBIRDS  team if i'm drafted for same  :).

Have a great Spring Racing Season everyone.

Cheers.
