Side-on ya don't really know but head-on was conclusive in my book. It wasn't a matter of gaps and who was first to it, Platinum Command had a straight run at the finish line and Our King Sway simply came across, no beg pardons, and stopped Platinum Command in its tracks. Platinum Command ended up about 6 horse-lengths wider out to make its run and finally balanced the race was over. Only surprise for me was the enquiry taking so long. These horses dont run in lanes brother, the fact it held up the start in the next race showed the decision was not an easy one and rightly so. Where can we view the proceedings? Starting to wish I'd gone a little wider in some of my later race selections, PJ ! I remember in the early days of your comps PJ that Punter Pete was a particularly valued team-mate of Geoff and I in the Butcher Boys team, he won many matches for us on his own using the same sort of tipping acumen that he's showing today. Right first time 1,923 Report post Posted September 3, 2016 Good one, Brian ! 36-1 shot winners are very handy at this stage of the day. That will put us in front of the Turbos, with one race to go, and with a Team Profit to boot. But can we hang on ! Only Sir G in his pursuit of Geoff can save the day for the Turbos, BB on 'Aloft'. Time I had a decent punt on 'Aloft' .

I better have a look in the piggy bank to see if I can throw something 'Bold Sniper's' way as well. It's an expensive business trying to blunt Sir G's enthusiasm ! sir1galivant and N1MUE
