If he'd of done a good job on health throughout this crisis he would likely have been praised. Or a good job of the economy with a high death rate may also of seen him returned to Office. However his bumbling, indecision, lying, smart arse and deflective attitude and general incompetence now see both in extremely bad shape, which ever way you try and spin things.
