I cannot see President Trump giving over some pardon... although it is always a possibility.. however as you so quaintly elude to, it would give a perceived bias of bending the law to help wrong-doers out of their bind....  similar to that of Hillary Clinton...

and President Trump cannot be perceived in that way... to be held in contempt of the draining the swamp
