Toblerone 242 Report post Posted September 18, 2014 Second time it has happened at Auckland in the past year. Also happened in a 3-horse trot last year. Tractor driver needs to be sacked.

eljay 1,719 Report post Posted September 18, 2014 Nothing to do with the starter. Tractor came onto track after workout had started.
hsvman 294 Report post Posted September 18, 2014 It was funny that the video of that workout wasn't shown of hrnz website. ATc trying to hide it so soon after they complained about a trainers horse getting loose in track work there, surely safety didn't come first in this workout. DC9 203 Report post Posted September 23, 2014 I wonder if it is the same tractor driver who repeatedly happens to be on the track, roaring past the birdcage in front of the dogs at the Manukau dogs when the lure has started the stir up.
