eljay 1,720 Report post Posted July 6, 2014 How many players participated in this match?? And, was it just my imagination, or was it when Kirwan started the procession from the sideline that the Blues started losing control, or conversely was the Crusdaer's bench so much stronger?? Cat 25 Report post Posted July 6, 2014 Yeah some strange substitution calls. Especially replacing Kieran Read. But it seemed as though the Crusaders came home the better with better depth off the bench.

Well Lloyd ,isn't coaching the main problem with Auckland and the Blues . Sir JK actually wants to keep Nonu...hohoho . He seems to overlook a hell of a lot of talent ,and let them drift south then picks up the deadwood from them. Canterbury mould their skinny white boys into a formidable but boring outfit and garnish with a couple of x factor Pacific Islanders. tasman man 11 979 Report post Posted July 7, 2014 Are you Andy Haden? Haha.......but that image of Slade being bounced off Nonu will stick with many for some time. CS clearly in next week ,but those who influence the game are quick to point out ....."well at least this head knock is nothing to do with the one he received last week....yeah right ". Then comes the shocking news that a young Northland boy tragically dies after a head injury ,again the ex-All Black doctor comes on and says it is unrelated to one that stood the boy down earlier in season. As for Auckland rugby ,last months Metro magazine had a very good article which pretty much summed up what has emerged over last 35 years....from back in your day Cat !!!! As an aside ,Nadolo the Fijian winger is working his way down from 130kg ,so will be quite a force when he gets fit !!!! The Waratahs brought on a big winger late v Highlanders and he too showed that even on wing.....size does matter.
