globederby13 74 Report post Posted September 7, 2013 God help us if that GRUB has any say in anything. He has every quality that politicians should not have. DC9 203 Report post Posted September 8, 2013 The only worthwhile candidate of the three is Robertson, but his 'orientation' doesn't sit well with Union and Party members. Jones is a gobshite and Cunliffe is a smarmy failed Tory, who sits slightly left of Saddam Hussein. bblunt

Jones is a gobshite and Cunliffe is a smarmy failed Tory, who sits slightly left of Saddam Hussein. All three are losers for Labour. What a pathetic choice. An a#se bandit no matter how good will never resonate with the majority of voters, not now, not next yr, not ever, frankly its surprising he's even in the mix as Labour couldn't possibly win with a Mr and Mr Robertson representing NZ. Jones no show, addicted to porn not a good look, besides,. lacks the grace, manners, and intellect to be leader material, absolutely no show. Which leaves the only winner here, Cunliffe. He will win this contest, but not the election, complete lack of charisma. Phill Gough could possibly been a better choice. Jones is a gobshite and Cunliffe is a smarmy failed Tory, who sits slightly left of Saddam Hussein. Saddam Hussein : I have spoken at length about Saddam Hussein to an intelligent person from Iraq who come to live in NZ as a refugee 10 years ago. She tells me that while Hussein was a dictator /communist, life for most was comfortable and good if you conformed (which wasnt difficult). Although he was guilty of murdering, it was against groups who seeked to overthrow or assinate. Now i'm not saying he was any sort of angel but from what i gathered he did have passion for his followers and country in that the welfare of "his" people was of utmost importance. This lady was employed by Iraq Airlines and successfully raised a family (with her husband) of 4 children and lived a comfortable life. When the Americans arrived things were never the same, the turmoil, unsettling and amount of people wishing to leave was unprecendented. If he's the best person for the job he should get the job. Agree with you that at present many voters wouldn't support a gay leader but I think you're wrong that it won't ever happen. It will definitely happen sometime. Cunliffe? I think the only thing he does have is charisma. Smarmy charisma. Lacks all of the other necessary attibutes. Integrity more than anything else. hedley 1,900 Report post Posted February 20, 2014 CAMPBELL~Live: WedFEB~19th_14 Yesterday, a sworn affidavit was given to Campbell Live by a long-term supplier to New Zealand supermarkets. The affidavit says, quoted directly: "I have personal experience of paying Progressive Enterprises Limited's employees' cash incentives." The word employee is important there, because this is about individuals rather than Progressive itself. The affidavit gives extensive details of how those cash incentives have been paid, dating back some years. http://www.3news.co.nz/Long-term-supplier-to-NZ-supermarkets-speaks-out/tabid/817/articleID/332856/Default.aspx
