mr dickson cider 104 Report post Posted April 30, 2013 Who are the clowns that programmed three meetings in four days at three different venues; Thursday Riverton ,Saturday Riccarton, Sunday Beaumont at Wingatui. Wingatui noms are shocking.
tackled 41 Report post Posted April 30, 2013 It's one of those basic things that really annoy me, but very few people seem very interested in it. Cetain subjects really seem to excite some people but anything involving common sense seems to go right over most peoples heads. Octagonal 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2013 Well NZTR does the code dates doesn't it? And the NZRB signs them off, so blame the Labour Party. Tim Mills from what I understand is the head of the programming community in the SI, and has majority of the clout. Generally CJC backyard or region has come first. Between the clubs down sth they have always tried to eliminate back to back meetings especially with the jockey travel/horse nom numbers which is an issue. Other problem is having to SI meetings on the same day i.e Ash trots & Oam gallops on a Sunday, kills off course turnover as opposed to a stand alone day or NI v SI meeting on the same day. You are correct Sherriff - dates signed off by TAB/NZRB.
