Peter Jenkins 2,120 Report post Posted March 20, 2013 Attention Saturday's participants I will be making the trip out to Rosehill on Saturday to watch Pierro, Havana, Rowie, Villa Verde etc, so will need someone from each match to volunteer to do updates. Should be an easy task for two of you if you just concentrate on your own contest. Any volunteers please ? Todamax101

Von Cettes 685 Report post Posted March 20, 2013 Hey Von are we still on that alcohol, sex and media ban's this week? Thought you may have lifted for this coming match i.e. team morale etc..... Zig- the sex ban has been lifted, as i'm off too "Wet N Wild Saturday, so how could we possibly have a sex ban in place? The media ban however remains, we'll leave that up to your opponent Zig... Styx the second fav in his match....you'll put Howie away in no uncertain terms Zig ..got that right first time. As for Rob.......i got Rob sussed now it will no longer be Dogstar....more like Dogtucker, all I need is one certainty for the day then produce "Bombs" of my own. As for Reilly and Globe, their form speaks for itself, Richie and TM have one chance in this matchup it's called "No Chance" And when BWJ has finished with his opponent, he'll definately be "Dizzy" alright. So Steve the media ban definately remains, we don't want to be seen as Big Noting ourselves, it's not our style Bud, and don't repeat a word of this to anyone hush hush. After this week the alcohol ban will be lifted for a week, but the media ban remains mate.....Actions speak louder than words Von GONSTA and Right first time

Right first time 1,923 Report post Posted March 21, 2013 CRUSADERS ... following our final hitout earlier today, our line-up for Saturday's big match-up with the hurricanes is confirmed :- * Dizzy , (Matt) * Dogzstar1 , (Rob) * Richie , (Richie) * Tasman Man , (Gary) * Right Every Time , (Howie) Reserves Bench : (don't phone us...we'll phone you) * Carter , (Dan) * Ellis , (Andy) * Dagg , (Israel) * McCaw , (Richie) * Read , (Kieran) With a line-up like that, looks like it's gonna be a loooooong, sad and distressing day at the office for the Windy City Wonders. Still..they've made Top 4, so credit where credit is due, this hasn't been a completely fruitless campaign for the Hurricanes. I'm confident they've shown enough promise to be persevered with by their franchise for another comp. Right first time 1,923 Report post Posted March 21, 2013 G'day, PJ. I''m happy to provide update for the CRUSADERS / hurricanes match-up. I mean, how hard can it be ..... flicking down the hurricanes column and typing in '0' alongside their 5 entrants selections for 10 races ! 10 races x 5 entrants x '0' = 50 x '0' = hurricanes ....well..let's get the calculator....'0' ....my goodness....'0'! could that really be ?? hehe you won't see ole RET caught out with the maths, but it's gonna be hard dressing up their '0' as anything positive, I'll do my best for them, as I know their sponsors and few supporters will be tuning in to see if, against all odds, any good is coming of the hurricanes day. Anyways, happy to help ,PJ. RET (Right Every Time)

There should be a pretty good crowd for this match (3 - 4 users) I'm sure. Have you let the boy's know that you have another shot next week(should you lose)? I'm just about to post my picks early just to give you a fighting chance. Money back should be enough in our match.

Right first time 1,923 Report post Posted March 22, 2013 CRUSADERS v hurricanes To help punters investing on the CRUSADERS / hurricanes match today, here's a bit of a breakdown of the current formline and prospects competitor by competitor, from the overnight media :- Reilly M ... never in the hunt last week after a superb run of form. Could have peaked too soon. Risky. Richie ... well up to this company and can be relied upon for another sterling performance. Von Cettes .. hardy campaigner, though best campaigns may now be behind him. Place chance. Dogzstar1 ... proven Grp1 performer whose bite is matching his bark. Will be right in this. BWJ ... well-related, and useful on his day. Not sure that that day is today. Outsider. Dizzy .. in superb form, and going from strength-to-strength. Clear favourite. globederby ...badly away & never in it last week. Is better than that. Now on unruly. Chance at odds. Tasman Man ... well-regarded, and has been set for this. Will be very hard to contain. Value. ziggy09 ... over-raced last start, and may have trouble backing up. Useful, but place looks best. RFT ... badly checked by slow horses when mounting likely run last week. Improver. Go again. Good luck, with the punting on this big match. Best Bet : Dogzstar 1 Best Longshot: BWJ Von Cettes
