lad27 404 Report post Posted June 28, 2014 I'd just like to point out the record the Sharks made in their last three games, didn't score a point in their last three games and still were at nill at halftime. No other club has ever achieved that
Traka 114 Report post Posted June 28, 2014 .......technology now makes it possible to watch replays traks, you can't expect one way traffic for 80 mins and history is littered with teams beaten with twenty point starts idnit That's right, but you cant expect to be taken seriously if you are commenting before you watch the replay. As to your earlier comment, of course the sharks are useless, up until last nite they had lost their last five, the last three of those losses they were held to nil, yet last nite they put 24points on your mob in the last 40. Dun say much about the Broncs defence or fight do it. No guts, very weak lot, just fell over, yet at the beginning of the season looked like the dark horse team, this will be the 2nd year in a row they haven't made the top8, the old boys will be very disappointed to be sure. Gruff 2,778 Report post Posted June 28, 2014 That's right, but you cant expect to be taken seriously if you are commenting before you watch the replay. . . It was rather obvious traky they needed calls to go their way to win,we've all seen enough of this circus to know how the refs react To balance games.... Look at tonight's cowboys souths clash,40/20 by thurston with ten to go,linesman in no position to make call says outside 20,video clearly shows otherwise but ref doesn't budge and gives souths the feed, how does this even happen with the game on the line? ...time will tell how gutless this side is traky,at the moment the spineless whimps are ahead of the warriors so they're doing something right
meomy 971 Report post Posted June 29, 2014 Games have tended to be very close scores this round. Will be a great game to watch been against Chocolate Soldiers & with Coach Cleary at the helm against his former team.
Von Cettes 678 Report post Posted June 29, 2014 Some people should never get on the piss, they just cant handle it, Todd Carney is not one of these people he can handle his piss. What a deadset idiot...........$1-04 TO BE SACKED. As for the Broncs, losing to Cronulla possibly the end for the coach, as they would say the coach is toast, but in Anthony's case he's biscuits. Sam Tomkins, pretty handy player, but well well over paid 700k a season, no way, his biggest asset his speed over 30 mtrs I wouldnt have Tomkins in the top 10 fullbacks in the game, big step up Super League to NRL

Gruff 2,778 Report post Posted June 29, 2014 Ahead of the Warriors because of for and against, grasping at straws there gruff. always good to see the spineless at least competing traks, and they're doing it with that useless bulldog, good to see Wallace show some of his bronco form against the worriers,journeyman...on a brighter note I can't believe Ben Roberts actually looks improved at the storm! Didn't think that was even possible, hope he can keep it up...their training staff must be magicians

Cubes 1,770 Report post Posted June 30, 2014 Cubes has said it before and will say it again,,,,this is the Warriors year . We watched yesterday ...up by 12 but down at halftime . But this year they can rally and come away with a win Did not fold like a cheap tent. Question though...when you are up by 12-0 and get a kick in front why not take the easy two ? Means you are three scoring plays ahead...All Blacks would have taken the points for sure
meomy 971 Report post Posted July 1, 2014 What two words did Peter Wallace, #7, for Panthers mouth off at 75 minute?? Isn't hard to guess, is it? Would've expected those playing sports that are filmed for TV would recall their every move is recorded.
meomy 971 Report post Posted July 1, 2014 Von Cettes, we agree with you about Sam Tompkins & been overpaid. We would have expected those in charge would have learnt there lessons by now about paying anyone such an excessive salary after the super league fiasco days here in NZ. Not often I disagree with the VC but do in this case. Sure he has disappointed at times but "our" (as per usual) expectations were too high. He's still good value in my mind.....just wait and see. Now that Locke has gone that 700K won't seem too bad. Can't wait for Hoffman next season....just what we needed. Fingers crossed now that Hurrell can stay in 1 piece through to the finals. Gruff 2,778 Report post Posted July 5, 2014 [quote name="Killafornia" post="328025" timestamp=" But how about those Broncos last night? There must be a lack of leadership, a lack of mental toughness and skill to lose after leading 22-0 against the worst team in the comp. quote] .....those sharks are mud alright killa
Killafornia 65 Report post Posted July 7, 2014 You're right Gruff - the Sharks are mud - 4 wins and 11 losses and sitting on the bottom of the table. Are you actually suggesting they're good team? The Chooks are a misfiring unit. Not a patch on the 2013 version and won't be winning any title this year.
Gruff 2,778 Report post Posted July 7, 2014 No mud side backs up two recoveries from hopeless positions, credit where it's due....spineless roosters;)
dustydreamnz 493 Report post Posted July 7, 2014 I wouldn't be writing off the Chooks yet. It seems anyone can beat anyone this season. Sharks have just beaten the Roosters and Titans beating the Rabbitohs was an even bigger upset for mine considering they had no Bird, Myles, Taylor and Sezer. There's 7 or 8 teams that could realistically win it.
Gruff 2,778 Report post Posted July 7, 2014 Dusty, the 15.5 start was buying money, the 6 under either side was a 4.50 bonus, great titans defence but a game with a ton of errors and penalties, titans side still looked good on paper and dave Taylor gives with one hand and takes away with the other.....conspiracy theorists would be jumping out of trees after the roosters debacle, and money launderers would be jumping off rooves
