where is the Chinese Judicial System when you need it!!! how many of them would have lived that...

If the Act party policy of three strikes and you are out policy was applied to the white collar crims as they want to apply to the other crims these guys would be in prison for life.

Macduff, none of them would be inside as most of them were Rodneys mates werent they ? They would always find a reason why these chappies could not serve time, such as health problems, traumatised as a youth, you know, the normally excuses put forward etc.

Cheers -Archie

I recall you saying once, sunny, that you could never be a jockey 'because you loved your food...'

How many of them have had the same Nannies, homehelpers, gardener & tradesmen over the years at different times?

It's understood mark Bryers of Blue Chip employed the former nanny of Jeffrey CHAPMAN, ex Chairman of Accident Compensation Corporation & on Board of NZ Accountants who spent time inside for Fraud.

The former nanny of both Bryers & Chapman would no doubt have some very useful information to share with the Police etc & one would hope she gets permanent Police Protection for doing so.

That roll of dishonour should also include the names of the mps in the national government that pushed through the amendments to the building code that benefited their supporters in the building industry and resulted in the leaky home scandal. Add to that the abolishment of apprenticeships resulting in the lack of skilled workers. Those who do not learn from past mistakes are bound to have them repeated

Were they sales T, or did people willingly hand over their hard-earned in the naievity (sp) of earing much greater interest without greater risk? Shonky operators they may be, but the cavaet emptor still applies.
