3 Definitions

Interested-- a Board member is interested in a matter falling for consideration by the Board if he/she :

a. is personally involved in the matter;

b. will or may derive a material financial benifit from the matter;

c. has a material financial interest in another Person involved in the matter;

d. is a director,officer member or trustee of another Person involved in the matter;

e. is a director,officer,member or trustee of a Person who will derive a material financial benifit

from the matter;

f. is related to another Person involved in the matter;

g. is related to a Person who will or may derive a material financial benifit from the matter;

h. is otherwise directly or indirectly interested in the transaction;

Having read that rule how is it that the so called South Island Representive on the GRNZ Board is involved in all discussions regarding the South Island Policy

It seems that this current Board is so out of touch that they have been allowing this to happen

You would think the Licensed Persons deserve a Board who would abide by the GRNZ Rule Book.

Seems not.

Why blame the board seems to me that in your eyes you should be looking at getting involved with Christhurch club for changing the way they vote on these issues, as i have noted by discussion on here people not clubs should be appointing the boards but that will be hard because for too long an entrenchment of past practices are still evident good or bad

Just maybe the IntegrityUnit should hold an investigation re your accusations and other people in general that have aired thes issues.
