Inspired decision to play the Joker today, Captain Richie !

The team managed to back up the faith you had...and no doubt we're much better placed now in this comp.

GO THE CRUSADERS !

Hard luck 'Canes, you guys scored plenty of dollars and were right in it right into the final race. A real battle.

Was a good battle.Some nice scores and great to get a bonus for getting over the profit mark.Should see us climb the ladder and we can build nicely from there.You gotta love the racing at this time of the year.

Yeah well done fellas. We got behind right from the 1st and just couldn't get into it after that. Yes good "timing" Richie:tongue:.... I could be facing the sack because of my choice to play our's:D

3rd week running we have just missed a team total bonus lads......we will get there. Well done Reilly....coming into some good form mate:y:

Onwards and upwards!!!

Was a great contest and 3 of the games could have gone either way with 2 races to go.That would have to be one of the highest scoring contests we have had over the years.

8th (9th) 4Kauri Kats $3714.0010th (10th) 2 Ferdies* $3354.20

* = joker played

The Crusaders master stroke of playing their Joker payed off bigtime as they rocketed to the top of the rankings, up 6 places from 7th. Despite winning the former leaders the Bush Pigs lost 2 slots as they were also passed by the victorious Magpies who gained one place.

Defeats for the Turbos and Hurricanes saw them drop 2 spots apiece while the Stags narrow loss saw them drop just one place.

The Sharks remained in 6th despite winning while the Kats defeat saw them swap places with the side below them - the Chiefs, who managed to beat the Ferdies who have played their Joker but remain ominously in the cellar.
