Trainers / dogs in Aus

Who has made the trek over to Aus? Interested to hear what dogs / trainers have relocated and where we can expect them to pop up? Would quite like to follow some of our dogs that have gone over but without scanning fields every day I wouldn’t have a clue where to start.

Sounds like there’s a few heading over and Queensland was the place that was most commonly mentioned when I was speaking to people recently.  The new facility at the Q.  Many will still have responsibilities to look after dogs that aren’t going across or other commitments in NZ so might take a little while before the names are regularly appearing.

Great thought, I put a post on Thoroughbred about maybe Trackside and or the TAB highlighting a weekly spot about NZ greyhounds in Aussie, since they still encourage punting and watching greyhound racing in Australia.

What a fantastic run by Dalgety last night at the Q great to see the dog showing the talent that he showed here over there well done

Starting to see a few more NZ dogs start, I see Tapu Girl in at Wenty this week and super league at q2 for Ella Cole. Alot of Opawa dogs are now over there too.

*Bay Flyer,winner of 24 races from Auckland Kennel Glennis Farrell.

Made a winning debut today at Q Straight for new Kennel of ex Northerner Rob Roper.

Also saluting the judge there today was *Zazu's Journey for Ella Cole.

A 5 start maiden in NZ for Lisa Cole,took his Aussie record to 3 wins & 1 second from 4 starts.
