The whole idea that a licence holder should escape punishment by testing or retesting clear a week later is anathema to me, especially if that has come by the influence of power rather than due process. It is me and my horses that are being put at risk as well as everybody else and their horses if they are out there on the track every morning in an unfit and unsafe state. That's why we have rules to protect human and animal welfare.

I see the resident TA mouthpiece lapdog is now trying to rubbish Jamie Richards again, Jamie must have something on him he never says a good word about him, maybe he didn't pay Jamies bill either like he did to another trainer. He should look at his 2nd  lovechild, (after hesi),MW results in Melbourne, that is what you call a failure, pure and simple. Jamie has improved his strike rate this season in HK and has had a good season,HK is THE toughest jurisdiction in the world make no mistake about that, nowhere to hide and Jamie is adapting, and will keep doing that because class is permanent just like jealousy is from the snipe.
