TAB bonus bets

Pissed off with these plonkers. When I put my bets on early this morning the app was showing Races 1 to 4 as bonus bet races at Cambridge. I thought it was unusual but remembered that they do vary them around a bit.

Had a bet on Altiplano in the third which ran second but no bonus given.

Basically got given the flick by Customer Service when I contacted them.

I guess the moral of the story is to take screenshots of anything you think is unusual in that area. I don't trust the pricks now.

I had the same last night and early this morning but by mid morning it had reverted to 2 races , trying to get people betting early ??

I can tell you they are pissing a few of my punter mates , I don't believe there is any way they are turning over enough since Geo blocking came in .

Myself and others I know have greatly reduced our spending .

Anywho just wanted to chime in with a contrarian story re the TAB bonus, and to be fair you may need to be a VIP loser to unlock such access, but I got an offer on Sunday to bet up to X amount on any horse with my first bet of the day and they would refund me in full if it lost.  In pure cash.  Even if the horse ran dead last.  So naturally had a throw at the stumps, lost, got refunded, and withdrew it all back out again.  Was a weird one I had never seen before.

They used to do that on the much lamented bet365. One race a day allowed a max $50 bet and refunded if a loser. I actually managed a couple of good collects with it.

Well I can tell you I've never been offered dick on my TAB account , but I had thought about joining betcha but had to go through all that verification crap so left it , now I've had 2 offers of $50 bonus cash if I verify my account .

Fuck em , I've had an account with the TAB my whole working life and never been offered anything , now they have all but reduced all the little extra , get stuffed .

This is why they're struggling , they have never looked after their existing client base .

Thanks for that , well I don't think so , she's going to be rated 77 now so basically open class and won bugger all money , not many options for that rating .

To be fair she's just really genuine but she has only ever had 1 race on a good track on grass and waltzed in , not sure she'll ever be given the chance again .

I didn't agree with running her on the poly because I think she's better than that and told the trainer that , to no avail , so I give any winnings to a charity in protest , I want nothing to do with racing a horse on the poly .

I was the same.I had four  bonus races.After i had placed the bets it went back to two.I also got the offer from betcha.Tried to verify my account but it didn’t work.Got my daughter to try as I’m a stupid old bugger and got a message saying we need more info.So sent the email back telling them to stick their betcha app where the sun don’t shine.Havnt heard anymore from them.

It sounds like the offer of four races was definitely made so I think you should email them. They would have read this by now so you might and should get a different result. It’s only a bonus bet for a customer who is eligible for such so I can’t see how it would be much of a problem for them.

Yesterday I tried to make a change with Genesis and I had to request a call back as certain services they won’t answer the phone, the earliest callback is Thursday afternoon at 3pm, unfortunately for them I will be signed up elsewhere when they call.

Tell me about , Sky are crap now , repeats on every channel , not just once but multiple times .

Unfortunately I need then for the EPL and NRL .

Sounds like another organisation I've been having problems with. Spent a couple of days in Chch hospital last month. Dr wanted to do an urgent CT scans to check something out and told me that I would get a letter from them confirming a 40 minute appointment time. Letter arrived 3 days after  my discharge to confirm that I was on the waiting list and my appointment was scheduled for 55 weeks time. Now thats really urgent
