I had mentioned this very thing a few months ago and while I wouldn't neccessarily refer to it as 'pulling the strings', Paul's international experience and knowledge seems to be evident at least in an advisory capacity. Ultimately it's good to see a stable having their best season and with some serious prospects 'going forward' (gee, I hate that phrase.)
