say no more 3,272 Report post Posted November 22 39 entries this week which is great at such short notice - thank you. You will have noticed in the comp rules that we have extended the Grand Final from 12 entrants to 15 entrants. The final was a little too easy last time jack and Maximus 1
say no more 3,272 Report post Posted November 22 Looks like Whanganui might be moved back one race. Rules stated that I would score them in the order listed even if there were delays, but because it's the start of the day I've made an executive decision and will score them in the order they are run - makes my life a lot easier. Because the change is made before we've started nobody will be advantaged or disadvantaged. ps. had a wee chuckle just now listening to Trackside - "you don't have to be a rocket surgeon" Basil brush

say no more 3,272 Report post Posted November 23 Round 1 - Whanganui R8 - Final race # Name Jockey/Driver/Trainer Win Place 10 Zenazed Tegan Newman 6.90 2.30 Two of the top 5 going into that race fall at the final hurdle (Al F and Pak Star). Lucasduke who was in and around the lead all day, lost a life in the last but held on to take Round 1 honours from Kloppite who just edged out Jack for second spot. 16 of 39 made it to the finish line and two entrants didn't lose a life - Insider's cautious (Tarantula like) approach earned them a few more points than in the same round last time.
