Sitting here with it on mute until race time I just don’t understand why he isn’t givien feedback from his bosses. It’s so jarring! I know some things are minor, but they're supposed to be professional. One of Sweeneys annoying traits is leaning on his elbow when in the studio. It just shows how blase they are. I'm only a small punter and probably watch live trackside on average 1/2 an hour per week so am not really equipped to comment. Not that any media remarks would influence my punting anyway. Like I said, whatever he (or any studio presenter) has to say won't influence my punting assessments in any way, but you'd think a jockey of his calibre could bring some informed insight for those who listen to that. As you say, much more from that perspective than other studio presenters and certainly most commentators on here. Any other thoughts? Might just need his presenting skills polished a bit?
