Entain getting things right ?

No Getting things wrong - Entain has the worst website I have ever come across in terms of lag and layout and only 1 month of results  seem to be avaiable

NZ was just an add on to their existing offerings on the site

Now that virtually all customers bet thru the web you think they could have a webpage that is responsive

Where is the server based ?  in the milking shed  of a Mumbai goat herder

He finished in a 6 way tie for top goal scorer.  I was therefore expecting to collect 1/6th of my dividend (a small loss).  I popped into a retail outlet yesterday (no paper in site) to collect and was paid 1/7th my dividend.

I can't figure how they get 1/7th from a 6 way tie??

I've emailed the helpdesk but based on recent experience I don't expect a response.  Only serving to support my decision

I wonder how many other people were sold short by this?  I collected over 2 days after the bet was resulted.  Had nobody else picked this up before then?  Maybe not a popular bet option?

Not sure if this has been discussed already but I know the missing "will pay" button was a cause for concern during the TAB website changeover.  I just noticed it for the first time today, slotted in amongst the toolbar with the flucs and speedmaps. 

Maybe its been there a while and I am just blind...

I think they always had the will pays but it was just for quinellas, maybe it  has or maybe it will change for the better.

Pretty sure it was all bet types when I looked earlier today.

EDIT TO ADD: Yes just checked a random Albion Park greyhound race and it was showing the quaddie will pay:

I'm like you, just discovered it. What gets me is they tell you nothing. If they add things or take things away, how bloody hard is it to inform your customers through Trackside or other means ??? .. I think someone hit the nail on the head in a previous post, they basically just ignore their customers. I know I go on about it, but Entain have never impressed me, and neither has the man in charge of Entain NZ

Guy from TAB talking on radio knew nothing about the will pays but it seems on my phone the app don't display them but the website does, laptop is fine.

Computers can be funny sometimes.

Glad you got an outcome, albeit a drawn out process.

I had to nudge them to get the odds up for a WA Harness race last week. I think the bookie thought he was done and knocked off, but the last race was not set, holding up my multi.

I raised the 'Runner 0' issue I posted here to much bewilderment - I haven't done so yet but they want the screenshots sent through.

It will be an interesting response on that one

Out of interest, what was the explanation?  Was it a 6 way split or 7 in the end?

"initially the market was settled incorrectly as 7 winners instead of the correct 6. During the time where this was settled incorrectly, tickets scanned as winners were paid out at the lower split dividend."
 

With bets on accounts they can correct digitally but the problem with tickets sold at a retail store - the payout can't be retrospectively adjusted (and you have to go through a manual correction process).
