Week 8 meetings to choose from:

Te Rapa
Trentham
Rosehill
Sandown
Eagle Farm
 

Posting deadline this week is 11.00am

Posting format - please post Meeting/Race #/Name.    No need to post the horse's number - names are what I use in my scoring sheet and will also make it interesting for people to peruse the selections of others. 

Example of helpful posting format:

Trentham - Race 6:  Horse name
Eagle Farm - Race 7:  Horse name
 

and don't forget you have the option to use two Jokers over the 10 week period, but not both in the same week.  Jokers apply to a single selection.   To play your Joker just add "Joker" next to the relevant selection.

For this comp I only consider horses paying under $4 win.
32 horses come into that category this week, between the 5 eligible venues.
Following initial consideration I've narrowed those 32 horses down to 4 only 'prospects'.
Last Saturday the 4 'prospects' I had that started, finished 2nd-2nd-3rd-5th.

On Saturday I'll narrow this week's 4 'prospects' down to 2 only, and at that stage submit my entry. 

Here are my 'prospects' that I'm considering :-

Te Rapa  - R7 -Little Bit Of Love                     $2.40        has come through the grades quickly with picket fence form line. First time over the longer distance. Prepared to risk here.
Te Rapa  - R9 -Takeshi                                    $3.60        bowled first-up in campaign when a hot favourite, and may find this testing too with big weight second-up from a very wide draw.
Rosehill  - R1 - Sovereign Hill                         $3.20       topweight running over a longer distance from a wide draw. Looks vulnerable.
Rosehill   -R8 - Sir Lucan                                 $3.70       beaten nearly 14 len just a week ago when very well supported. Hard to like on that.

GOOD MORNING.THANKS AGAIN SAY NO MORE AND SCOOBY FOR OUR RACING ENTERTAINMENT.

TRENTHAM  RACE 3 MR FABULOUS.

SANDOWN.   RACE 4 CLAYMORE MINE.

MR FABULOUS HAS GREAT FORM FOR THIS COMPETITION…….009900000 AND A GOOD DRAW……..12

NEXT WEEK WE WILL GO INTO “UNCHARTED” WATERS WITH A JOKER AND I MAY USE THAT TOP TIPSTER…..RIGHT FIRST TIME…TO BE A “GUIDE”.

I HOPE RIGHT FIRST TIME WILL BE AROUND NEXT WEEK.
