Well we all know the western world is based on a democratic , monetary system and banks are close to the top of the heap but would you prefer a dictatorship ? , well history tells us the real evils are all extreme  left  wing/communist  politicians

Stalin ? To eradicate accused "enemies of the working class", Stalin instituted the Great Purge, in which over a million were imprisoned, largely in the Gulag system of forced labour camps, and at least 700,000 executed between 1934 and 1939. By 1937, he had absolute control over the party and government

Pol Pot  ? , The Killing Fields  a number of sites in Cambodia where collectively more than 1,000,000 people were killed and buried by the Communist Party of Kampuchea during Khmer Rouge rule of the country from 1975 to 1979, 

 China ,   The communist Chinese government has never been respectful of human life, murdering as many as 35,000,000 people since the communist seized control over the whole country in 1949

Japan , yes Japan but that country has changed it's ways and embraced the western system clearly for the better , The Japanese murdered 30 million  civilians while "liberating" what it called the Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere from colonial rule. About 23 million of these were ethnic Chinese. 

Plenty more horror stories but when you look at this these guys make bankers look like saints , make your choice Gruff , our system of theirs .

So if you remove private centralised banks you create Communism? Hard to believe, and there is a Dictator waiting in the wings here, Shane Jones, and he told me he would gladly take the position
