That aside I don't think there were too many people who doubted that the Cops had fingered the right man. The financial problems, the life insurance, the amatuerish attempts to make it look like a break in, the exaggerated grief at the funeral and the subsequent revelations about a man with who was puffed up, overconfident and inappropriate, who became worse with alcohol, all pointed toward this.
Despite this I still believe the defence will create enough doubt in the Juries minds and they'll find him "Not Guilty".
