Why would I believe them without further evidence, they are clearly dishonest. They are serial offenders in multiple countries. I am not saying it didn't happen I just think given Entain's history there has to be some doubt.

The odds of picking that result in order were nowhere near 1 in 479 million because racing is not random. 
The odds of getting the First4 were not 1 in 11880 (12x11x10x9), based on the closing Tote odds (re-set to 100%) they were 1 in 491. 
Extrapolating back to last, the odds of selecting that result were just over 1 in 8 million, so the $10 million prize was overs!

But what experience  did john Allen bring to the ltable? At least you  know , where it's going and what experience  they have. 
My experience with Ned's is they remove any bonus's quickly, and should you experience a run of luck you won't get any significant bets on. I can't see any reason they don't repeat the same service here.
What they say and what they do appear to be two different things. Just look at their form.

The pokies money to the community is only papering over the harm they do to the community . Never seen the attraction myself but i do know people who just live for them , playing them before they go to work when on an afternoon shift , and at the doors as they open .
The RIU is bloated , that is an easy fix by anyone with a will , those getting fat there will be fighting all the way to keep it as is but it is mostly impotent when it comes to the any real work of being the sheriff for racing .
