    My name is Noel Kennard so I can tell you the facts. Before I do, I would like to know why I went to Race Cafe when I have never been on the site before ??? I am currently overseas so was not present during the race meeting. The facts of the matter are as per what MAJESTIC says. Someone at the BPTC stuffed up. It's that simple.
