  1. Sepp Blatter short stuff. Very disturbing indeed. And I'm not scared of your yellow cards. I've heard it all before "won't be back on my watch"etc. It's about time you grew up don't you think??
  2. made a racist remark on this site nor would I ever consider making one as I'm not a racist. For you to suggest that I deserve to have some nameless complete stranger make unjustified racist remarks about my partner I find completely and utterly offensive and quite unthinkable. Very uncool zzzzz.
  3. between a racist remark and a friendly jibe short stuff. You've just called me a "nutter" and a "nutcase" which I don't take any offence to because I know that I'm not one but when there is no need for those kind of remarks from Traka. At least we all know now who the resident racist cafer is. And as Mark has already suggested I would welcome Traka to repeat what he has said on here to my face when I return to NZ in February. I've always wanted to see what a racist looks like face to face.
  4. **your** "Not Tonite" mate Mr Lum I'm sure would not appreciate this kind of racism.
  5. Sounds like you had quite the adventure over there. I'd love to check out South America one day. Palermo will definitely be on my agenda. I'm always interested to check out new race courses. I visited Kranji briefly on a stopover via Singapore on my way to India a couple of years ago. It looked like a nice track although I think Sha Tin will be the ultimate. Will definitely give you the run down of the Singapore/HK/China trip no problem.
  6. "Kiss my ass" in Mandarin?? Your definition of a genius is obviously alot different to mine Michael. Are you also a small minded racist Michael like Traka or do you just admire geniuses at work??
  7. I'll probably be on course at Sha Tin Sunday week next time I have a punt and I'll be sure to post my bets prior to the race if possible. :y:
  8. I grew up in NZ, went to Auckland Grammar School then Waikato University and you have to admit that the tall poppy syndrome is alive and kicking in Aotearoa. We have a culture in NZ that does not encourage us to celebrate our success. Why must I be quiet when I succeed??? Why can't I celebrate my success and why can't people like yourself be happy for people like me?? If you had a success, whatever the scenario may be I would be the first to congratulate you but going by your logic it's not ok to publically celebrate your success which in all honestly I think is a copout and something that is fundamentally wrong with the culture in NZ and it's a real shame that I had to move to another country to realize this. I could write a book about this. Time to put pen to paper.
  9. Are you interested in what I bet on because if you aren't you're extremely prevalent on this thread for someone who isn't. If you're not interested, why even look. Why not just ignore the thread completely. You can see my name is clearly associated with it and you think "I'm needy" so why look at it. You must be interested after all. Your actions are speaking louder than words Barry.
  10. Does racecafe condone racist remarks such as the below from Traka??? I don't think you're "Not Tonite" mate would appreciate that kind of racism. Not cool at all.
  11. after arriving here and having an absolute shocker 3 years ago when the likes of Reber Raider won the Derby and All the Good winning the Caulfield Cup at massive odds. But since then it's been pretty good, mainly on the back of one particular horse that I have managed to build a substantial bank around. (I'll let you have one guess which horse that is. I'll give you a clue, she's Black, well not quite but you get the picture)
  12. coming through the grades up against the Hong Kong nominated Atomic Force (who ended up winning) and I was convinced he would run in the first two. A couple of minutes prior to the race Tiger Tees was paying $1.90 the place on the tote and $1.62 on Fixed odd so I decided to ride the place bet on the tote. In the end I was lucky to get my money back as it was a 7 horse field and he deadheated for second effectively halving the dividend, hence the $1.00 return.
