Virtually all the studs/vendors have a hospitality site near their boxes. ie marquees, caravans etc providing food/drink etc.
The licence for the sale of alcohol is presumely with the caterer/bar management.
Strictly then, if you are correct, then these vendors will not be able to provide any alcohol unless purchased through the bar.
