hi Marek I was involved in a accident on 11/06/2009 so there has been one but there is also a lot of close calls. The dogs were injured and put on drips with same having internal bleeding and I was lucky enough to have a night in the hospital. Van damaged to far gone to be repaired. I know I have not been the only one. I now choose not to travel guess I lucky enough to have the choose.

Trial Selection Policy for Otago GRC and Southland GRC At a meeting held in Wellington yesterday (11/2/13) between the NZGRA Chairman and representatives of the Otago GRC and Southland GRC it was agreed a revised selection policy for the two clubs will be trialled for three meetings at each club beginning on February 19th. Details are as follows: 1. The first four runners selected in any non-feature grade race will be selected as per each clubs form selection criteria, irrespective of whether they have gained entry into fields on the previous Thursday, Friday and/or Sunday; however at Otago the current two miss policy will take precedence. The remaining four runners plus emergencies will be selected from nominated dogs that have not gained entry into fields on the preceding Thursday, Friday and/or Sunday. 2. The trial will take effect from the Otago GRC meeting on February 19th and will be trialled for three meetings at each club. The results of the trial will be reviewed immediately following the Otago GRC meeting on March 26th and if the trial is found to be successful the amended policy will be submitted at “Special General Meetings” to the members of each club for formal adoption.
