Combination of what looks like a Heavy 11 track and possibly fields with about 10 runners just does not excite me unfortunately. I am not even interested in investing on my own, maybe it has been too long a wet winter this year.

Having just looked at Nom's - also luke warm about as good as it will be for me!

I hope then, that he is not one of those subject to 'second up syndrome' ! Maybe I should check with Nicky Watson.

Caramello, Hawke and Co might be able to confirm this theory. As well as copious amounts of rain in the CD this winter, it has also been a lot less windy than normal. Wind has a drying effect on the ground, this is a reason that the water table is so high at the moment and it does not take an awful lot of rain to leave puddles. It is blowing a bit from the N West at the moment in the lower Nth Island but we have not had much wind this winter!
