  1. Go Dancing Jess for the Bothwells, she will be hard to beat.

What do our two "experts" think, Sunline and Elsu the poor little rich semi professional whatever.

Who cares, dont bring that crap into this thread, settle it over PM's and get over yourselfs i reckon!

Wall Street should be able to follow Culminate across and settle in the first 5,6 and be FAR too good! A Very very exciting horse!

  2. Give me the Aussie commentators over Grant Nisbett ( Who is an absolute shocker, makes so many mistakes that never get fixed up), Grant Elliot and Chris Harris

Bill Lawry is an absolute tosser tho, typical aussie :D but apart from him I think Mark Taylor etc do a super job and add intruige to the game.

  3. I am a 18 year old punter who loves all 3 codes and follow them all very closely, and over the last couple of months watching the Greyhound fixed odds in the morning at shameful, weak, pethedic odds open up weekly it really is starting to put me off Greyhound racing.

  4. Is he going to back up in the city of Auckland cup this friday? He looks great value at $10's and is very well in at the weights, looked a bit dour in the zabeel classic but looked very fit aswell, the main danger would have to be Passchendale but hes only giving her 2kg.

  5. Heats for this tommorow night at wanganui aswell as the Dash for cash.

A dog i have massive wraps on is LITTLE MOTHER and think is very good value at $7's to win the final next week. She has untapped ability and wanganui is her track, shes drawn well tommorow night and should make the final, Trickey shelly the obvious danger but having her 1st start and could find trouble.

am intrested to hear peoples thoughts ?

  6. Pocaro and snows big boy how good are they ?

Nice animals that will win more races but will struggle in open class.

Russley Rascal has beat nothing but looks to be able to run time and do it easily.

Tintin is going to come back a VERY good horse this season and i am looking foward to seeing him run tommorow night. Super meeting!

  7. R6 at Addington tonight-

Little Mother having her first start at addington opening up at $5's FF, I do believe this dog is up their with the top 3 in the country, any amount of talent! her ability to recover from midrace interference is top class, not sure if she will get a start in NZ cup or if Addington will be her track but i believe shes one to follow over the next month or so !

  8. The All Whites should buy a lotto ticket, that is about as lucky as it gets.....and luck will be the only thing that gives them any chance in Wellington.

I dont think they deserve to be at the World Cup. The 1982 side deserved their spot, I am not convinced this side does, if they happen to steal a victory in Wellington.

We will NEVER get a better chance to be in the WC! You can only beat what is put in front of you so well done to the boys

  9. All of his runs this prep have been great looking ahead to the caufield, will be at peak fitness and would have to be in the top 3 picks up their with Predatory Pricer who will be very hard to beat with Maldivian and Daffodil, I see Speed Gifted is a 6.6 fav on betfair... massive unders!!! will pay more on the day.

  10. He gave it everything he had every time he raced. You can't give a racehorse a better compliment that that.

    Well said. Very sad news.

One of my favourite horses in either code, he had ANY amount of ability and a beautiful looking animal!

    Condolences to all involved !

  11. Caufield Guineas

1ST SO YOU THINK (NZ) :flower:

Gee, I hope you are right, but Denman does look the one.

I have a nice double going with Irish Lights (who won't be beaten in the 1000 Guineas on Wednesday)

How good did Irish lights look in the guineas prelude, really raced away like a good horse, didnt beat much tho but definetley has the edge over that lot!

Whobe at $2.50, I think he will position handier and be too fast for HOD but a race were i wouldnt be at all suprised if Nom du jeu or V and P.

  12. You dont see much better racing than this saturday at caufield, super fields!!

How good is the caufield guineas, what an amazing batch of 3yos. I find the form very hard to lineup, I thought Trustings effort for 2nd last start was one of the best efforts ive seen and the way he came home he really does look like a top liner!

Will be intresting too see how KING Mufhasa goes in the Toorak, a very very good horse and a realistic chance!

In the yalumba it really does look like a match race between WHOBE / HOD but both will be peaking for their number 1 goal in a couple weeks so you couldnt be to confident of where they are at.

Am intrested in hearing your guys thoughts?
