  1. Lmao. The lords have a reputation like no other, quite staggering they are still allowed to train. Dirty cheating pricks. How many positives have they had Wassa? They clearly aren't very good trainers, quite simply chemical trainers and nothing else.
  2. U2 gubellini, before I knew who your alias I was told you were a walking encyclopaedia, that didn't surprise me when I found out you were the legendary gubellini! Congrats on the win, and your lucky I didn't back it because I can stop a train the way I'm picking them lately!
  3. Yea but they don't all have positive drug swabs in the back ground either, the stable is going HORRIBLE this year... Sure makes the cynic in you wonder?? Go and compare this year's current stats with last year's and it doesn't make for pretty reading when your trying to defend them. They're missing something by the looks! Pretty sure Lance is a protected species and will end up getting a slap on the wrist tho, I await the outcome with a lot of interest.
  4. Good things take time? What part about this whole debacle is good? Maybe they were told by the vets that they wouldn't test positive?
  5. Wow this post really shows how much you know about 'tote' betting...The TAB are making money on 'tote' betting regardless of what comes in and regardless of what a horse pays, if you cannot understand this then there's no point saying anything further. You have already shown you have no idea how a totalisator works, and I suggest you do a little research. Why wouldn't you tip horses online since your 'alledgedly' a winning punter and don't bet on the tote, so you really have nothing to lose, right buddy?
  6. Do I work for the TAB? No. "Firstly, Gonsta of course on the tote if something is heavily punted late it shortens on the tote then others should drift. But do they? Not very often!!! ". I'm struggling to understand your logic here buddy, the tote takeout % isn't changing for certain races, OFCOURSE if someone puts a decent bet on the tote it's going to firm and others are going to drift... It's not rocket science... "Do you to think that the dividends on harness have not got a lot shorter over the last year or not? How often now do you see all 4 divs less than $2.00 nowadays." What on earth does this have to do with the tote and your conspiracy about odds moving once the race has started? The takeout rates are far more in the punters favour than backing fixed odds with the TAB... Obviously dividends are only reflective of field size, quality, and the evenness of the field. "Also if I have an investment my horse that I bet on is always shortened dramatically mostly they do it twice. Are the others lengthened out, yes but not till a long time after." Sort of contradicting yourself a bit here aren't you buddy? Unless your talking about fixed odds but that means your going off on a whole different tangent than we are discussing on this thread. You don't bet on the tote so how on earth does it bother you? Also Brodie, that challenge I offered you a few months ago is still valid, you don't rate me as you say and I'm more than happy to show you I can make more money betting on the dogs than you do on harness racing, even for someone that is once again 'alledgedly' restricted and makes a fortune off the punt. If I remember correctly it wasn't worth your time for the $500 I offered you, so name your price and the whole of racecafe can see how good you are BEFORE a race starts.
  7. For someone 'allegedly' restricted by the NZTAB, you come across as rather stupid sometimes. It's a tote, if something shortens in the market it means other horses are going to drift, your not betting into a 140% market ala if your having a fixed odds bet at 9am in the morning. You also don't seem to understand the Aussies receive coverage of our racing with about 30 seconds before start time, so all the Aussie money going into the pool ( which is a lot generally speaking ) is going to impact certain tote prices. Why wouldn't they have inside knowledge late on certain horses, dogs? You only need to look at the Tony Pike / Raffles racing syndicate to get some idea of a late tote plunge, they put it on in bucket loads and they do it late as possible, doesn't mean they always win but they are certainly an astute betting stable. I'm sure most professional punters also like looking at the horse in the birdcage and its temperament / fitness etc. Another reason for these late plunges is TAB rebates. If you honestly believe there's a conspiracy involved and the tab is betting into a market once a race has started you are either stupid or rather gullible and would believe anything you read.
  8. Lol our 2 best bowlers over the last 2,3 years weren't playing either buddy.
  9. Interesting the 2 best judges in the country in Midget2 and Ted havn't entered
  10. Actually your wrong, they have presented a horse to the races above the legal cobalt threshold... Regardless of what happens with the JCA you cannot deny the fact the horse was doped, whether accidental or not it still ran 3rd in a derby and the horse should have been D/Q'ed straight after the positive. It's the trainers onus to present their horse DRUG FREE.
  11. I see it got a 28 day stand down, shouldn't it have been 3 months considering it got a ticket for failing to chase in its last race in Aus ??
  12. Can't stand Manning personally. Even more so after the recent Al Jazeera documentery. Hoping Cam Newton can put on another clinic, without doubt have been the best team all year and deserve to win. Has been a mighty go for them on betfair as well. Thanks Col, only just realised it was a public holiday, you beauty. Have only started following the sport closely the last 2 seasons, prior to then I just use to watch Super Bowl, awesome sport tho. The Americans do it so well.
  13. 162%... WOW. That is disgusting.
  14. Who says it wasn't just a random person at a house party? Apparently they sold it for 80k, over twice the average wage in NZ. Not bad for clicking a button on a phone and watching some guy make an idiot out of himself... Not saying it's right but guys like Pearce, Carney obviously are too stupid to realise they are in the media spotlight wherever they go. PS- The Monagahn 'beastiality' was far far worse than this. Bit of a media beat up and I will be interested to see how the NRL deal with it after how harshly they came down on Carney etc.
  15. Same takeout as quaddie's and trebles. 26% if I'm not mistaken. 4 favs all placed in the last 4 races including a $1.35 shot which was probably anchored on atleast 80% of tickets. The first leg was a loose fav (2.8 fixed earlier) and the 2nd and 3rd favs both placed, the second leg was obviously the reason it paid as high as it did, with the 3rd fav placing with a couple of roughies. Normally a better pool than the early quad and the majority of trebles on NZ greyhounds. I quite like it but each to their own.
  16. Pretty hot field. Personally i would take he head to head Goldstar Po over Billy any day of the week if it was available!
  17. Cambridge- Macjam / Cool Marlow good luck
  18. Nice rookie. Mooseman, pretty sure rookie gets the $130 and the stake (50) into the next LGL pool. Thanks for sponsoring the comp moose!!
  19. So true... Along with the OBVIOUSLY made up story of his staff member giving him 7x the amount of hoof powder they were supposed to, and this story took how long to come out after everything's that happened?? Along with him trying to claim he had never heard of cobalt... LMAO!!! The rumours had been doing the rounds WELL before these positive swabs... I was well aware it was being used by certain people before the start of 2014... Cmon Moody, we aren't that stupid buddy.
  20. Might want to check the actual cobalt reading from Lidari. Seems to be a small portion of people that have been brainwashed by a particular midget claiming moody was 'just over' the limit
  21. Was following betfair before the race and couldn't believe the amount of money being bet on it between $1.4-1.5... Had to check it was the right horse for a second!! Fair to say the stable 'insiders' have been burnt once again!! The stable has been going absolutely terrible lately, sure makes you wonder about Flashing Red...
  22. GONSTA

    Hi Jinx

You could get $2.50 for monbet before the start on betfair... Arboe got as short as $1.97 from what I saw. Couldn't believe it.
