Jibbs is right,to bring the straws into nz they cannot enter australia,but they can be intercepted at sydney airport and then come to nz as were the Digital straws a few years back,but it is not cheap----We have a a three quarter American bitch in sydney at the moment waiting to come in season ,who we will mate to lonesome cry ,when in pup will fly her to nz to whelp(nz bred)cheapest option to get top american blood.

The same has to be said about a club with no risk being givin a group one and a group 2 race when they only race 5 or 6 times a year on someone elses track,why did they not apply to run manawatu?----simple answer why would they? when they have no outlay or risk sitting doing nothing--------Maybe the CD rep is okay by wellington at the moment!!!!!!!Hay maybe Tokaroa should get there main race made a group one?

Mike, the thing that was wrong in the first instance was wellington backing the two southisland clubs,paul was ousted in a ambush from a club that should have no say in this matter,,now i am not saying he is the right or wrong person to be representing the south,but at the end of the day it should be a south island decison,and the only way to do that is to have a vote of all south island LP's.-----Next you will have wellington getting these two club's to back them(as payback) to get rid of the CD rep.----As i say the simple answer is when there is a tie with clubs voting then put it back to a vote from LP's it effects.---------This is a pure reason that club's with out a venue to race should only have half a vote.

I believe Mr Connor has been re elected as South Island rep after being ousted by clubs.--------- intresting,was it again with a toss of the coin?-----

Here we go ,Stuart cashin agreed under the rules any dog that starts in a series as per rule 47 is allowed to run in a cosollation,but now the auckland club decide(or should i say robert death decides he now makes the rules and runs a 9 dog consollation when the rules of a consollation clearly state ,any dog who runs in a qually race is allowed to start in the cosolation,so why not add a 10th dog,no wonder owners will not support auckland and this same guy wants syndicates to work------yeah right

Again auckland try to schedule races outside nzgra rules. 1/----stake for all supporting races $3000---yet if a C5 race is run the rules clearly state min $3280. 2/-----Consolations are only for dogs that compete in the semi finals--yet rule 47 clearly states that any dog who starts in the heats are intitled to if nominated, to start in the consolation (semi finalists would get preference)---The rule clearly states that no club selection policiy can overrule this------How many have not nominated there heat dogs because of this?

Why dont they provide kenneling for all dogs at racing tracks ,instead of making dogs cook in the heat in trailers just because they want 12 or more races ? Surley instead of wasteing money on a worthless survey that they can just sit on there bums and pat each other on the back sipping there gin and tonics they could be out there saving dogs lives.
