There you go Meomy, you"re at it again, the instruction was to isolate, in other words do not have close contact with people you don't know. The purpose of that is to minimise the spread of community infection. That strangely enough is the very reason why we have no community infection in New Zealand

Obviously you can not read amongst your many other failings. The report says that if you are testing for Covid 19 then a viral test rather than antibodies test should be made. If an antibodies test is made then it may pick up other corona viruses. Hence test for covid 19 are viral tests

I agree if you divide the distribution by the reduced numbers of races the average race stake should be up. If a horse is good enough it will still be able to win as much if not more money -
