I'm not suggesting he should ... plus I don't think he could and wouldn't want to as he knew the players that would be leaving ... one was a pathway to the other and he left when the Crusaders were going to field a team not up to his previous line up .. what I'm saying is.. that anyone could have coached the Crusaders in the past ten years Don't you think? When given control of the under 20's it was a disaster ... when he inherited it.. they won.... next comp when he had to select from high schools and clubs ... they finished no higher than 6th I believe... I'm not a Razorconvert ... I hope to be proven otherwise and I'm sure the players will do their best, but what he will add.. I don't know. Forgot to add.. that I think Leon McDonald will probably save him He's class.

I think that Razor saw the writing on the wall. He knew the players that had taken him through his career till then were leaving, no more free ride to greatness . and he called time... kudos for his great timing, but I feel for the new coach.. he has a lot of injuries on his hands but I think he'll do okay as time goes on ... every team has gone through the rebuilding and they have a solid base camp to recruit from
