Rooboy,I sat on two juries years ago in Otahuhu and then each side was allowed five "challenges" to the jury selection,thats why they empanel so many in the first place.Looking at the Guy case, firstly they exercised the right of the accused remaining silent which is fair enough, and in my opinion they have not looked close enough to home,thats my opinion,and gut feeling having sat through trials before.Dont know how many challenges each side is allowed now.
