Horrible to read ..Cant help but think ,if he did those things at the track with others watching ,what goes on at home when no one else is around.

I think this guy shows alot of promise ,and I guess the fact that top stables have given him rides shows this . Can anyone share who is looking after him , and is he planning to be here long term ..cheers.

Lily you have had enough experience now to have given Celtic Echo a proper crack .The horse was ridden perfectly up to the 600m ,in the one one ready to strike ..All day they have been taking off before the turn and swooping ,but Lily sits there and watches it happen instead of going for it when she had ample room.. So now those swoopers are in front of her and she cant get a run ..Celtic Echo was not unlucky ,it was badly ridden..Jade and Jason must be just shaking their heads ..I am definitely talking through my pocket and I dont consider myself a jockey basher ..Sometimes we just have to vent ,so we can breathe again.

Looking at the woeful noms for the Waikato Cup makes this old man very sad and longing for the good old days..Remember when the Avondale and Waikato cups ,then the Queen Elisabeth led up to the grand final Auckland Cup on new years day.. Letter to Grant ,Guy and Lemmy , When you chose to ride Mohaka dead in a race it should have won by at least 5 lengths ,you forgot a very important group of people ,the punters. A genuine nz black type performer with a 4 kilo claim ,against that oposition ,had to win that race. Please ,fellow cafe posters ,do not say he got too far back ,or there was no pace in the race .Lemmy could have sat 3 wide the trip on pace and still won ,in that field. Instead of burning the punter they could have run in a trial or asked Rotorua for an exibition gallop. Grant, Guy and Lemmy ,what ever race you are setting up for ,karma is a bitch ,it may come and bite ya ..The punter is a vital gog in this business ,too many times taken for a ride.
