Its very easy to blame another race course and say their boxes were contaminated without any proof.Surely everyone will now use this as an excuse and be "exonerated".I think people need to remember that when they point the finger at someone else there are 3 fingers pointing back at them.

Why not just swap the drivers around for horses 1 and 2 then??? Surely a driver could be tempted to break his drive up if it was looking like beating the horse he owns. Punters need to be encouraged to bet not discouraged.

Horse number 1 in Race 3 at Alexandra Park tonight Highview Justice was owned by J Kriechbaumer and trained by him but he drove and won on number 2 the favourite Hugo George trained by Tony Herlihy and Kreichbaumer dosnt appear in the list of its owners,unless hes in the Friends of the Pope Syndicate???? Unfortunately the powers that be at Foxton have not wanted to cooperate with any one else but especially Awapuni and RACE in regards to track sharing ,amalgamations etc but have wanted to do their own thing and now dont have enough money to replace their burnt down grandstand rendering their Racecourse useless for anything other than trials and jumpouts.

I think the security was at fault.That Red Badge rabble were all too busy watching the race instead of the public.They were stationed 20 or so meters apart but not one of them even flinched until the incident was over.If that wasnt bad enough after getting that huge wake up call 2 races later just before the last race 2 streakers jumped the fence in almost the same spot and ran across the track and disappeared into the distance and across the track again to escape over the back fence.Red Badge security shouldnt be paid for the day after these 2 security breaches and maybe they should be asked if they could ensure their workers present themselves in a better condition of fitness in future if they want to keep their jobs.
