Once again youre like all the people that come on here, pick on anyone that has not the same opinion, with out putting your name to it. WHO IS THE DOG? Rule for some, said a dog flipped over the lure. if people say things they should tell all, just like everybody you and all the no=names.everybody Most people know me us i have been on this site for years, but if you do not. I am Beverley Duganzich [Bev]

Well I do not know about this happening. But you could tell us who the dog was so I could ask the trainer? I was told by my son who has driven the lure a year ago, that there was no brake on it,and so you can not just stop fast.

This why people do not come on here and give their opinion. When someone and can hide behind a nom-de-plume and lie. Bev

Well you are all allowed your opinion. But I think Mark is a very good lure driver. So he made a mistake that's life. Years ago we had a dog that we scratched ,was given a stand down of 28 days, for not having a valid reason, by the vet at the track, because the vet could not tell it had a hock problem So we had to take the dog around the corner to M Jenson within the hour. This cost, so we asked the club to pay, they said no. This is before the RIU took over. We did ask M J to show that vet how to check hocks. Bev

    if only you new

I know not everyone looks at the TAB races. But as someone told me you only say something when it affects you. Well they are right, if We did not have a dog in the extra race meeting I would not see, that race 1 is on trackside 2 which is on at 4.12pm. This is the only race from PN all day on the channel. Now when you set your sky, you do not look at what channel each race is on. Now I do know why they have done this is because of the Kaikoura cup which is on at 4.16pm. I get annoyed with not getting a fair deal with lead-up times, missing out on front-on's,especially at PN. Bev Duganzich

https://www.grnz.co.nz/catch-the-action/13255/result-detail.aspx why are the last 5 races missing all the time?

I would like to say that no-one comes on here and said I did this, or I did that. You would rubbish any one that said if i did not vote for that or did. I know what I did on the Board at Wanganui, but it is all kept inhouse, you cannot see the minutes from NZGRA or from Wanganui. So when I say I tried, you will just have to take my word for it. Bev

    Thoughts for AGM

To whom it may concern, As the CD clubs have not asked for submissions for this years AGM I have a few for you to suggest. 1. All high grade dogs get a start when nominated. Eg. If a reserve in a C5 you would get drawn into a C4/5. The highest form C4 would run against the lowest form C5. The highest form C3 would run against the lowest form C4, and so on till all the higher grade dogs all get a start each week. If a reserve in any high grade race you would be drawn into a lower grade field. 2. Kenneling times to two hours, instead of the three hours. Eg. With split kenneling the norm and kennel staff there all day,If the trainer wanted a two hour kennel they should be allowed. This would mean the first four races would have to kennel, but the first seven could kennel if they wished, and so on. 3. Shelter for the dogs outside the kennel block. Eg. A cover for the dogs and handlers from the sun or rain, for the 10 /15 minuets before the race. 4. Dress code, shirts tucked in. Eg.Under the human rights act men and women should not be discriminated against based on there sex. At the moment men must tuck shirts in, while women may choose if they want to or not. In Australia they know it is a human rights violation and that is why they do not have this rule. Most men will tuck them in, but it should be a choice in an equal rights world. 5. Nomination closing times. Eg. Noms should shut in order of race days. At the moment PN Monday shuts before Auckland Sunday. Wanganui Friday shuts before Waikato Thursday. Noms should shut in order of race days. Thanks for taking the time to read and respond. Wanganui and Palmerston North member Earl Duganzich.

    Thoughts for AGM

No, how about they pay all 8 dog that put on the appearance? The gra can take it off NZ cup of $125000.Just make it $100k.

    Thoughts for AGM

How about when a dog is put up in a race higher than its grade they should get $20 for 7th and 8th? They are helping the club to put on the races. Bev

    Messara report

Greg said yesterday that 1/2 the dogs coming in from OZ have a ticket. So how about the one with 1st ticket pays $1k , 2nd ticket $2k. and we do not take 3rd,one. As he said we have to send them to GAP, this is our problem not the OZs.

    Ray Huntley Memorial

I would like to thank the Huntley family for giving coats as a prize, for getting in the final for the Ray Huntley Memorial . As we had 3 dogs in, we got 3 coats, which is very good for cold winter nights. And for them to give away a coat to all dogs that made the final. Again thank you, Bev Duganzich
