Yes, but the biggest problem is attracting and retaining good people in all facets of the industry. Unfortunately money is one of the issues that attracts bad people who are prepared to do bad things for financial gain, and the industry doesn't investigate and punish adequately to deter them. So that's where it has to start .. quality people, not quantity

Also noted that sometimes interviews were hard to hear, immediately cut from races at times etc etc. I know they are trying to do something different, but you need to think about things, planning is imperative. I struggle to find someone who is a natural in front of the camera, even Popplewell after all these years is not comfortable or a natural he is by no means the worst though.

Another terrible day at the office for The Whale. At Rangiora got hot favourite Treacherous Baby home, but other 2, Acento and Topaz miles away near tail of field. And picked all favorites in first quaddie at Alex Park and bombed out there as well. Spot on, race 4 from Wingatui finishes with close photo for 3rd. Straight back to studio for 10 minute build up for next race from Melbourne. Never went back to Wingatui, and placings and divides didn't happen either ?? It seems local racing today doesn't matter. I wonder what goes on in the planning process for the days racing, surely they can get the balance better
