  1. Which included the increases of your mob during their reign of terror. It's like saying you come from a very musical flock because your sewing machines a Singer.
  2. Agreed Some real toe rags out there. Luckilly we three are so patient and tolerant............and civil.
  3. If you are going to dribble, try and keep the spittle to your woolly exterior, and not on my screen. Just to provide a balanced argument, this from a Government media release in 2009: Transport Minister Steven Joyce says the government will not proceed with regional fuel taxes, which are an “expensive and inefficient” means of collecting revenue. Regional Fuel Taxes will be partially replaced by smaller increases in national fuel taxes. The previous Labour-led government approved a regional fuel tax for Auckland, rising from 2 cents per litre in July to 9.5 cents per litre in two years' time. Auckland road users would have been taxed at that rate for 30 years. This was in addition to national increases in fuel taxes scheduled by the previous government of 1.5 cents per litre for the next three years. The total tax increase by 2011 would have been 14 cents per litre for Aucklanders.
  4. And Jack, can I be very clear on one thing. The families have been through hell. We all understand that and it is very obvious that many still want answers and accountability. I am in no way demeaning that. What I don't believe is that National has hidden anything.
  5. Jack, are you kidding? The guy is a lawyer with the same West Coast firm for 28 years. A good fella apparantly in all respects in the community, with National awards to prove it. BUT JACK?...........HE ALSO JUST HAPPENS TO BE THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PIKE RIVER FAMILIES GROUP. Impartial ...........???????????????????? Are you a member of that group Jack ?In racing terms you seem ...blinkered. Try again
  6. Well, that's a very mild assessment of said subject P4P. I was always of the opinion that Campbell's arsehole had to be permanently jealous of his mouth because of the huge volume of shit that flowed from it. Try again Jack.
  7. There's plenty who would like to do an exorcism of another kind on her, me thinks Crusty.
  8. If you want to waste your time looking at any articles written by Tom Peters, the self proclaimed SCOOP KING, you will be subjected to self opiniated bias on a grand scale. Hit the road Jack, and don't you come back no more no more..........without something more solid.
  9. That's a big hole you are digging there Jack. Still no evidence that the National Party hid anything.
  10. That is well documented here: http://pikeriver.royalcommission.govt.nz/vwluResources/Final-Report-Vol2-Ch22/$file/Vol2-Chapter22-only.pdf
  11. Jack, where in any of your material above, is there any evidence of the National Party hiding anything?
  12. Mate, IMHO you are on a deadset hiding to nothing if you think the National government set out to hid anything in regards to Pike River. From my memory, and I have no doubt that some due diligence on Google will confirm this, the Government of the time had a long list of experts providing advice about the pros and cons of re-entry. It seemed that none of this advice was parallel to the expert advice that Bernie Monk was wanting to hear, so he and a number of the other families sought their own. For whatever reason, their expert advice was not the same. This was reported in November 2017: The minister responsible for Pike River Re-Entry, Andrew Little, said the new agency would conduct a re-entry risk assessment which would then be peer-reviewed. But the buck stops with him. "The decision on whether or not to re-enter will be mine - as the minister - based on the advice that I get from the agency, which as I say will be peer-reviewed and there'll be an independent stream of advice to me as minister in any event." But the National Party's spokesperson for Workplace Safety and Pike River, Amy Adams, said there's been a considerable shift in the new government's position. "It seems to me that there's a considerable softening on the position they expressed repeatedly and quite emphatically during the campaign - that they already had clear advice that they could re-enter and that they would be absolutely doing so," Ms Adams said. "Now it seems what they are saying is far more in line with what the previous government had consistently maintained which is that it absolutely wasn't opposed to a manned re-entry but that it would have to be done in a way which was safe." But Bernie Monk, who lost his son Michael in the disaster, rejected Ms Adam's criticism and said he was upset by the comments. "They're (the government) being straight up and down the middle. "The National government hid behind things the whole way through here, locked our experts out of any negotiations of making this happen and she's a great one to say that. And, I feel a bit hurt by it and offended by what she's saying. "We all don't want things to happen but we're making sure that all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed and we will get through this - not like the National government's done over the last six years of hiding behind and keeping it all in secrets." Former chief mines inspector Tony Forster said in the seven years since the disaster, some hazards will have increased, and some will have diminished. He said previous work towards a manned re-entry was still valid and would inform the decisions "but that's got to be augmented by looking afresh and taking a fresh review of where the current situation lies".
  13. Have to disagree with you Jack. I guess you have to be close to the families who continue their battle, (others have moved on), to understand the deep resentment they feel. However your comparing the Labour Party fiddler and Pike River is baseless and totally unjustified. And for that I award you the:
  14. One must always keep an open mind when using online forums. The best test is to look in the mirror. Ask yourself...……...Am I the King of Dicks or just a normal everyday WANKER? you might be surprised at the response you get.
  15. I have fears at the nappy changing - but at the same time, the sponsorship opportunities are snortingly good
  16. Ladies please...……..handbags at 10 paces...…….WTF????????
  17. PGG are moving at a rapid rate into extinction. The Chinese owners have been looking to exit for some time and a number of divisions are falling away..........Real Estate for example would have an average agent age well into the 60s. They would have lost at least eight of their North Island guys to Property Brokers in the last couple of years. The Standardbred guys in Christchurch have done a decent job for a long time, with bugger all support from the heirachy so credit to them, but the reality is NZB will be the only player in town in a short space of time. A very positive and astute investment from them.
  18. "Yes, yes Tim, he is no doubt a lovely young hard working boy, apple of his family's eye, wonderfully generous of soul, destined for a brilliant career, asset to the industry, etc, etc, etc.........." Keep up. I was singing his praises this time last week.
  19. What a FARKING BRILLIANT DRIVE from one of NZ’s leading young and extremely talented reinsmen. MIGHTY MATT ANDERSON. What a difference in attitude he showed today. That rev up on the phone from TV must have made the difference. Onya Tim.
  20. With that inside information Tim, do we go again tomorrow, given it has a similar draw, or is that purely for the select band of brothers at the Alex Park TAB?
  21. Yes, yes Tim, he is no doubt a lovely young hard working boy, apple of his family's eye, wonderfully generous of soul, destined for a brilliant career, asset to the industry, etc, etc, etc.......... But that does not alter the fact that I missed out on a FARKING nice collect because young Prick of a Pimply faced Matt, FARKING dragged my sole selection back off the gate .....to FARKING LAST, of all FARKING places, when the racing pattern of the day was to be on the FARKING pace, for Christ FARKING SAKE, and sat there like a FARKING stuffed muffin, and then picked the fattest FARKING mule in the race to follow while it made the shortest burst in equine history to improve, before steering right to FARKING outside fence of the FARKING track, so wide was he in fact, I noticed he grabbed a packet of FARKING TALLEYS frozen peas from the production line down the back straight.......the FARKING IDJIT...................and still those lazy FARKING stripes, didn't bother to ask what the FARK was going on in that brilliant young mind of the hard working young pilot.....MATT the PRAT. Now Tim, it's just as well I don't hold a punting grudge for longer than 48 hours, because if this FARKING excuse of an equine animal just happens to run a FARKING drum tomorrow, I may not drive to the airport, board a flight to FARKING Tasmanman country, hire a car and navigate my way to the track, and locate young MATT the Prat. I would cover his lovely young head in Vaseline, and then proceed to insert it right up the FARKING ARSE OF THAT FARKING DIRTY FARKING EXCUSE OF AN FARKING EQUINE.........no hard FARKING feelings intended of course. Take a deep breath ........remember the Punters Mantra....... "And in my hour of loosing darkness, Mother Mary comes to me Speaking words of wisdom Let it be Let it be, let it be Let it be, let it be you loser Let it be There will be an answer, there is another FARKING Raceday tomorrow LET IT FARKING BE" Nurse, more medication please.........NURSE, where the FARK ARE YOU?
  22. JOHNNY WHITE - raced wide from the 650 metres and was then taken very wide from the 400 to continue improving. Cheers for asking what the driver thought
  23. My view is extremely tainted as I had a large slice of Place 6 riding on him - my only selection in the race. I was staggered to see the horse back in the field and apart from a very small sprint wide at the 500 metre mark, he was very disappointing. The stripes report will be interesting as to the reason the tactics were as we saw.
