Zero Tolerance reacted to Emotive in Amazing Chase
I think the Chase has its merits. It has the potential to be a great event. However, the format needs to be tweaked, and the eligibility criteria should not have been open to interpretation. The fact that eligibility could be argued was an unwelcome distraction. The ruling rankled many but fault does not lie with the connections who took their case to appeal. Too many people believed they had the right to set trial conditions in one area, and I question the equity of the current trial format. Too many variables exist. I was traveling when the Chase races were run. I listened to the races on Trackside radio. Not once did the commentators mention the charity benefiting from the event. I asked a few participants who the associated charity was, most had no clue. Like I said the Chase has merit, but the powers that be need to get their act together before the event heads south. Congrats to all finalists.

What legal obligations Auckland race on sundays health and safety is relevant everyday of the week. Vets have 24 hr on call all services. Or are you going to have a vet actually on course whilst having the trials. If so that’s a added expense. It doesn’t bother me what day you have trials I don’t train. It seems to me that clubs are forgetting why they are there.to help participants of the sport not hinder them. Tell what moral obligations are not being met. Manawatu was always going to be successful once the all weather track was put in and certain members of the Nzgra were replaced that was a given

I've been out of the game for a few years now, regularly visit but then get put off because of this... We tried many times to be heard back then and I bet they are still trying now. The board wont listen ZT, they never do. Anything for on course turnover. Look at whats happening atm. Cover up after cover up, whether that be The Board, JCA, RIU (neither here nor there, but my point stands).
Another question is, can we trust the board? They have supplied us with so much doubt in the past.

Remember folks if you are members of Wanganui you can call a meeting and put your concerns to to the board. If you choose to leave it you have nothing to complain about your decision

Zero Tolerance got a reaction from Fartoomuch in Nathan Purdon
If you go back to when Mark was a junior he wasn’t driving for his father or Barry he was working in Aussie getting experience from outside stables. The Purdons don’t pamper their kids they send them out to experience the world for awhile. Then they take them under their wing and teach them

So, if a shepherd leaves a wolf in charge of his flock, he's in no way to blame when a sheep goes missing?
