  1. This dog absolutely crucified Charlie Bo Bo today No mention of it in the stipendiary report CHARLIE BO BO ( 6 ) - was forced to race widest to the home turn. Do your F**n job stipes , this cat (Cawboourne Brandy was not interested in chasing the lure at any stage what are you guys doing while the race is on? Watching Coronation street?
  2. Johnson wont be knocking around Aboli if it is not going to be in top 5, so good luck, this is allowed under the rules of racing to stop riding if it has not got a chance
  3. I personally think you are wrong But it is not about this one race now It is about the terms and conditions in head to head races altogether RIU have told us how it works, and basically head to head bets should be refunded if none of the 2 runners are in the top 5 Easy
  4. Interesting how many punters on here are quite happy for the TAB to take advantage of them, show you why they make so much money from losers Ill keep you updated on my vendetta to stop head to head punting in NZ, unless the terms and condition change ""watch this space""
  5. Terms and conditions do not state these conditions I aim to get head to head betting stopped in NZ, unless they update the terms and conditions in regards to these bet types
  6. message sent to TAB I would like to put forward a situation in which racing and been brought into disrepute The TAB offered a head to head bet Race 5 Matamata 20th December between Number 9 Hatrick Boys and Number 1 Neddy Nadeem A head to head option in racing is absolutely no difference between a head to head bet between The All Blacks and South Africa The Punters are expecting the participants in the head to head to put everything into winning the option Clearly Alysia Collett Stopped riding her horse well before the line, this enabled Hatrick Boys along the inside to get his nose in front. as per the response below The Head to Head betting does not state these conditions that jockeys do not need to ride horses out This is the response from the RIU "The RIU raised this with the NZRB when head to head betting was introduced. We made it clear we would not be charging a rider for easing up on a horse and losing a head to head result if the horse was out of contention. Our suggestion was that the Victorian betting rule should apply. In Victoria as I understand it if both the horses in the head to head run outside the first five placings the bet is refunded. NZRB have not taken this option" So I am seeking a full refund from my bet yesterday or I will be taking this up with the NZRB and Racing Minister, then my Lawyer
  7. Response from RIU I can respond to your email regarding the head top head betting option on race 5 at Matamata on 20 December. Under the rules of Racing the approach of the stewards is that a horse needs to be ridden out if it is in close contention to fill a stakes bearing position (usually the first 4 or 5). If a horse is outside these positions and is not making ground the rider is not expected to be vigorous in ridding to the line and in fact will be charged for using the whip or being too vigorous on a beaten horse.. This is an animal welfare issue, we cannot have horses who are beaten being vigorously ridden. I understand that this can cause an issue with head to head betting where both the runners may be out of contention. The RIU raised this with the NZRB when head to head betting was introduced. We made it clear we would not be charging a rider for easing up on a horse and losing a head to head result if the horse was out of contention. Our suggestion was that the Victorian betting rule should apply. In Victoria as I understand it if both the horses in the head to head run outside the first five placings the bet is refunded. NZRB have not taken this option up so it is a matter of caveat emptor (let the buyer beware).
  8. Ok Grubalini . If you cant handle discussion, then go play pin the tail on the donkey.
  9. My next email will be to the TAB, then work my way up
  10. Good Morning RIU (email sent) I would like to put forward a situation in which racing and been brought into disrepute The TAB offered a head to head bet Race 5 Matamata between Number 9 Hatrick Boys and Number 1 Neddy Nadeem A head to head option in racing is absolutely no difference between a head to head bet between The All Blacks and South Africa The Punters are expecting the participants in the head to head to put everything into winning the option Clearly Alysia Collett Stopped riding her horse well before the line, this enabled Hatrick Boys along the inside to get his nose in front. The stipendairy report is incorrect in saying Neddy Nadeem was running out of a little bit of room in the concluding stages. Neddy Nadeem was running out of a little bit of room at about the 200metre mark, but had plenty of room to be ridden out over the concluding stages. Failing this to happen by Alysia Collett has given the 7th position in the race to Hatrick Boys Please watch the replay Kind Regards
  11. your the fuckwit I have every right to bring this up. why should i lose my money because the jockey clearly stopped riding the horse.
  12. If this is the case H 2 H betting needs to be stopped, I am taking this straight to the top
  13. It is about time the NZGRA stood up for trainers and Licence holders This report is flawed Greyhound racing is facing a crisis and needs some leadership . B Cole is the best man for the job. would certainly get my vote
  14. Race 5 at Matamata today the jockey clearly stopped riding Neddy Naddeem when the horse inside was in a head to head bet with this horse (Hatrick Boys) The Stipendary stewartds need to act and act with integrity and lay down the gauntlet to A Collett Punters like myself have lost on a jockey who has clearly stopped rideing If i dont read anything in the stipes report I will be emailing the RIU
  15. Yes last start it was butchered by the jockey, was a blackbooker
  16. jimbob

    Idiots

Yeah right, you are obviously a poor punter, the dog was not interested in firing up, lets watch next start . I would never back a dog like that a lot of these dogs racing in this grade are hopeless and need plenty of dead bait
  17. When over in Australia Melbourne Cup carnival I was betting on my phone on the NZ TAB website. This is because I brought a data pack before leaving NZ. so this was the way round being blocked. You can also setup a VPN on your laptop If you try connecting to the NZ TAB with a wifi from Motel etc , you will be blocked Easy to out smart these changes
  18. Yes I totally agree, I saw an interview with him on Racing.com this week His attitude was awesome as well I wish him all the success
  19. After watching the weigh in last evening , you could not feel more sorry for the Connections of Gingernuts after the the postponement of the Group 1 race on Sat. You could tell the despair on David Ellis face Would have been great to see Gingernuts in the Caulfield/Melbourne Cup Good Luck for what ever races they go for Hope to see Gingernuts live in the Mackinnon in Melbourne Also I feel for all the other connections who could not race horses Sat Best of the with these horses also
  20. your best to get involved with a horse syndicate
  21. Tier two racing what a load of rubbish Best to send them to Asia to race
  22. Bent Bookie I have seen them The Bent Bookies are still working for the TAB , quite a few, working for a Bent organisation
  23. Walk in to the Club Tavern in Christchurch Today at 1pm I proceed to the counter to take a withdrawal form Before I get a chance, the lady asks me if I was wanting money out of my account. I said yes She said, sorry we can't give any money out because we have just done our banking She did not ask how much I was wanting, These Pubs are representing the TAB, the customer service will be the detriment of racing in NZ. I only wanted $100.00
  24. Yes the information flow is absolutely rubbish. To be honest I hardly bet on Greyhounds anymore, and cant see myself going back to punting over $1000.00 a week on them either The racing has become boring, especially in the Central districts. I am not interested in betting on a race that has dogs racing three times a week and most of the runners are from the same kennel. Dogs not chasing properly, a lot of slow dogs running around look poorly broken in.
  25. Thanks Michael Yes if the thoroughbreds can do it, why can't the greyhounds?
