  1. Cheers Red Rum! Current balance $182,050 and rising. With a “Kiwi type surge” we could end up with a starting bank close to quarter of a mill! Over 1,000 punters on board the Booldozer now
  2. Current to total $172, 250. With cut off time midnight AET tonight starting bank should be close to $200K. To quote Russell Crowe in The Gladiator “On my signal unleash hell”. The bookies starting to get a little nervous
  3. Didn’t get on Rising Red unfortunately Red Rum. Nice tipping by you and a good price too. Shamino disappointed after a wide run but still should have finished off better than he did. Jungle Edge, what a wet track warrior! The gift that just keeps giving. Punters club about to crack the $150K mark. I’m really excited to see what damage these pros can do to the bookies starting Tuesday. Will be a lot of fun to view the “penthouse engine room” in real time as they dissect and open the shoulders throughout the 2 day carnival.
  4. Buffalo River way too good. Shamino in the last at Morphettville looks a good bet currently paying $5 Fixed.
  5. Duke of Plumpton in the second and Buffalo River in the last. It’ll definitely be a slog today as Melbourne has had a lot of rain in the last 48 hours. Good luck today Red Rum
  6. Ric McIntosh was very keen on Sir Isaac Newton after the jumps trials last weekend Red Rum. Your Slowpoke looks ready to rumble too. I’ve taken Tuesday and Wednesday off so will look forward to soaking up the atmosphere of the live feed of the punters club from the warmth of my living room.
  7. Unfortunately not Tom. No punters allowed on course this year. I’ll definitely make the pilgrimage down there next year if possible (about a 3 hour drive from Melbourne). It’s supposed to be the ultimate experience for punters. Ric McIntosh the race caller is one of the best and his race calls are legendary.
  8. It’s been pissing down in Melbourne the last couple of days but the weather is looking ok from now on until Tuesday. Warnambool track would be a similar surface to Ruakaka being close to the beach so should drain ok and be perfect come Tuesday. Dicko (Jack Dickens) is an absolute gun, picking winners on how they parade in the mounting yard. Best in Victoria in my opinion. The other 4 are pretty sharp too. Starting bank come Tuesday could be pushing $150K.
  9. With over $100K in the kick already Australia’s biggest ever punting club is set to launch over the 2 days of the Warrnambool carnival Tuesday and Wednesday next week. They have 5 professional Australian punters engaged including Jack Dickens, Dan Kelly, Pete Anthonsiz, Shane Ciurleo & Nick Heathcoate. I’ve taken 10 units ($500) and for those interested I’ll post the results here.
  10. Good luck with Yulong Captain today. Will keep an eye on him.
  11. Nice tipping Red Rum. Good place price too.
  12. Sandown R8 #9 Sagarra Good punting Gruffy
  13. Settle down Leigh. Did short stuff send you a private message? I thought my response to slam dunk’s question was quite hilarious really. Finally, I did not have pot shots at Neil Davis. I merely suggested the Boys Get Paid group employ a local Australian professional to tip horses especially when they’re dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars of punters hard earned money.
  14. Well one things for sure
  15. Posted 10 mins before the race Gruffy. Ended up paying $1.50! I’ll give you a bit more notice next time. Will see what I can dig up for you from Sandown.
  16. Got a shortie coming up in the next at Narromine Race 5 #5 Shamusu Sho Currently paging $1.40 Fixed Hopefully will go slightly better than Aethero last night!
  17. I’m happy to be with him again. I can see why you’d have reservations after last start though.
  18. Good luck Red Rum. Might be worth having a saver on Big Sur as well in this race.
  19. Punting is a great leveller Red Rum. You can be a rooster one day and a feather duster the next. There’s a pro I follow over here who had an incredible stellar run where he was consistently picking winners for months on end to the point where he increased his subscription fee from $140 to $650 annually. Needless to say this stellar run came to an abrupt end soon after and now he has a few hundred subscribers (not including me) demanding he replicates his previous success. Picking winners is not easy at the best of times yet alone when you’ve got trusted people who’ve forked out $650 each for the privilege!
  20. You’d really love to see those tickets again wouldn’t you Gruffy?
  21. Cheers Red Rum. Yes, sticking strong with Aethero tonight. He needs to jump and find the lead and he’ll be winning. Hopefully, after getting poleaxed at the start and finishing last, that’ll put a few punters off and we’ll get a good price for him.
  22. Takes a good horse to lead all the way down that long Flemington straight. Wasn’t expecting him to lead to be honest but they weren’t going hard and he gave a strong kick. Too good.
  23. Race 8 #11 Rupture All the money has come for the import Dadoozdart who has an impressive record but Rupture already has the runs on the board here in Australia. He was impressive fresh up winning easily with 61 and drops to 56.5 for Jordan Childs where he will be improved and too slick with his turn of foot for the favourite. Currently paying $4.40 Fixed. Good punting
