  1. What happens to the unsold yearlings? do they come south for the April yearling sale?
  2. yes I see that Ashoka, my mistake. very sorry about that Louise, I do appreciate your comment and found it interesting about "something royal"
  3. thanks Ashoka, I've been searching online there are so many different opinions, She missed this season but maybe that will come through from her bloodline and she will produce before she's 18.
  4. How old can a mare breed to, is there a general age, do the foals they produce become weaker or more prone to problems?
  5. opps that didn't post well and couldn't remove it sorry full pedigree http://www.pedigreequery.com/roland3

  7. What happened to the horses? do they get banned or has it seriously effected their health?
  8. Maybe she's a throw back to the Arabians, I like her blonde look, take a few 0's off and I'd buy her
  9. lot 113 Unusual colour for a yearling I wonder if she was born that colour? she will be prone to sunburn I would suspect. Will be interested to follow her progress
  10. Happy Birthday :) hope you had a good one

  11. {Its not really a big threat, its only a flag. a symbol and an identifying mark that is distinguishable for NZ.} This is true "only a flag" much like the one we already have, and that is paid for. (we have such a throw a way society now... sigh I must be getting old)
  12. What I don't understand is why we had to vote for a flag that we may not want first up? I would have thought the logical option would have been to vote on who wants to change the flag first, maybe there would have been a better voter turn out, obviously if the voting public want change then change can happen but if not... end of story and we can go back to doing the important necessary work. I don't know why, but I didn't even receive a voting pack. What I do find vaguely amusing is, we have quite a few choices when voting for government but for the flag.... just 2 spring to mind now lol
  13. http://www.nzflag.com/history.cfm No matter how many changers happens to our flag our nation built by the people will continue to be built by the same hard working generations in the future. I am pissed off that my hard earned tax dollars are wasted on a piece of material when there are many struggling to cope with just living. I'm sure there are far more worthy causes where this money could have been spent, or maybe we are paying too much tax if the government are having to dream up unnecessary ways of spending it. just my opion
  14. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year full
  15. ahh well the journey of life can be very blunt, a common saying around my area is "If you have livestock sooner or later you get dead stock"
